| All conference sessions are private and off-the-record, no press will be admitted. However, the Council will hold press conferences at The Jefferson Hotel to discuss the conference. Press conferences will be held on Sunday, September 18 at 5:30pm, and on Tuesday, September 20 at 12:30pm.
We ask that all members of the press interested in covering the meeting on location in Richmond please register with us. Submit the form below to become a member of the Registered Press for this event. Registered Press will receive a press schedule and update prior to the beginning of the conference. A Press Room will be made available to Registered Press. A conference banner, press packets, and other information about the conference will be available in the Press Room starting at 5:00pm on Sunday, September 18. Any speeches released to the press prior to or during the conference will also be made available in the Press Room upon release. Additional ad-hoc press conferences may be scheduled by other parties. Announcements regarding such press meetings will also be made in the press packet or in the press room. |
