Conference Registration

| Payment Deadline | 5:00pm EST on Thursday, October 16, 2025. Unpaid registrations will be cancelled at that time, unless special arrangements have been made directly with Council staff. |
| Register to Attend |
All interested company executives – members and non-members – are welcome to register for the conference. We also welome academics and think-tank personnel, along with government employees. Please complete the online registration form. Members of the press should use the press registration form. If you are unable to submit the registration form, please try again from a different network location (such as your home computer). You can also submit a registration via email. If the issue persists, or if you have questions about conference registration in general, please contact the US-Taiwan Business Council directly at (703) 465-2930. We apologize for any inconvenience. |
| Payment by Credit Card | After receiving your registration, the US-Taiwan Business Council will confirm your registration options and confirm the correct fees. We will then email you instructions on how to securely make the registration fee payment online with a credit card. The initial email from the Council will include your registration number, which you will need to complete payment. Once your payment has been received, you will get a final registration confirmation and paid receipt in an email from the Council. (For government and company cards with restrictions, please arrange for card authorization prior to submitting your online payment.) |

| Cancellations/Transfers | All cancellations and transfers must be made in writing. Registration transfers will take effect within two business days of the written notice. Send cancellations/transfers by e-mail to Council@us-taiwan.org. Note that written cancellations received by 5:00pm EST on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee. We regret that no refunds can be made after that date, as registrants have already been included in our venue guarantees by then. |

Hotel Reservations

Attendees are individually responsible for room reservations, which are not included in the conference registration fee. Make online hotel reservations by using Group Code 28I49N on the hotel website. If you contact Turf Valley Resort Reservations separately at (410) 465-1500 extension 3, please be sure to mention that you have a group rate with the US-Taiwan Defense Industry Conference/US-Taiwan Business Council, Group Code 28I49N. |

| Hotel Payment Guarantees | Room reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Turf Valley Resort requires a major credit card or bank-issued debit card upon check in as an authorization for payment of the room and incidentals. Please talk directly with Turf Valley Resort about cancellations and other reservation policies. If you have any questions about your room reservation at Turf Valley Resort, please contact the hotel directly at (410) 465-1500. Speak directly with the hotel to make adjustments to your hotel reservation. Should your flight arrive early or leave late, please contact the hotel directly to inquire about flexible check-in/check-out times. Early check-in at Turf Valley Resort is subject to availability and a $50 fee. |
The Conference
| Conference Check-in Desk | Before being admitted to any conference event, participants must visit the Council’s Check-in desk to receive their name badge. Check the final registration confirmation email for details. |
| Conference Materials | Participants must present a photo ID or a business card to receive their name badge and conference materials. |
| Name Badges | Name badges (including Spouse/Partner name badges) must be worn at all times while attending conference events. |
| Dress-code | Business attire for sessions and meals on Monday and Tuesday. The Sunday Welcome Reception is more casual. |
| Code of Conduct | The US-Taiwan Business Council is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and harassment-free environment for our staff, interns, and all participants in Council programming and activities. USTBC has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, discriminatory harassment, sexual harassment, or abuse of authority at events, meetings, delegation trips, or other activities.
