    Registration

    Please use the form above to register. If you are unable to submit the form, please try again from a different network location (such as your home computer). If the issue persists, or if you have questions about conference registration in general, please contact the US-Taiwan Business Council directly at (703) 465-2930. If necessary, you can also submit a registration via email. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Pay using a Credit Card

    After receiving your registration, the US-Taiwan Business Council will first confirm your registration options and appropriate fees. We will then email you instructions on how to securely make the registration fee payment online with a credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club accepted.  For government and company credit cards with restrictions, please arrange for pre-authorization prior to submitting your online payment.

    Once your payment has been received, you will then get a final registration confirmation and paid receipt in an email from the Council. Please note that your registration is not complete until full payment has been received and a receipt has been issued. Unpaid registrations will be cancelled.

    Pay with a Check

    Please complete the online registration form above (choose the “Check” option), then mail your check – made payable to the US-Taiwan Business Council – to the address below.  Checks are due within 7 business days of registering online. Please print and include a copy of your registration data with your check to speed processing.

    Deadlines

    Any registration forms received after 5:00pm EST on Thursday, October 15, 2026 cannot be processed. Within 7 days prior to the close of registration, checks will not be accepted for new online registrations due to time constraints. Late and on-site registration is available ONLY by special arrangement with the Council. For registration questions, or to make arrangements for late/on-site registration, please call (703) 465-2930.

    Cancellations/Refunds/Transfers Policy

    All cancellations and transfers must be made in writing. Registration transfers will take effect within two business days of the written notice. Send cancellations/transfer requests via e-mail to Council@us-taiwan.org.

    Please note that written cancellations received by 5:00pm EST on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee. We regret that no refunds can be made after that date, as registrants have already been included in our venue guarantees by then.
