2026 Press Information & Registration

All conference sessions are private and off-the-record, no press will be admitted.

However, the Council will hold press conferences at Kingsmill Resort to discuss the conference. Press conferences are currently scheduled for Sunday, October 18 at 5:30 pm, and on Tuesday, October 20 at 11:50 am in the press room.

We ask that all members of the press interested in covering the meeting on location or remotely please register with us. Submit the form below to become a member of the Registered Press for this event. Registered Press will receive a press schedule and update (including more information about the location of the press room) prior to the beginning of the conference. Members of the registered press who provide their mobile numbers will also be added to the press notification text message list for any urgent communications.

A press room will be made available to registered press. A conference banner, press packets, and other information about the conference will be available in the press room starting at 5:30pm on Sunday, October 18. Any speeches released to the press during the conference will also be made available in the press room and via email to registered press upon release. Additional ad-hoc press conferences may be scheduled by other parties. Announcements regarding such press meetings will also be made in the press packet or in the press room, as well as to the press notification list.
